• Reception, review, and verification of technical documents, and blueprints/drawings, pertaining to the construction project 

 

• Verification and analysis of construction files concerning French Technical Specifications (CCTP – Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières), General and Special Conditions (CCAP – Cahier des Clauses Administratives), as well as security and safety compliance (PGC – Plan Général de Coordination)

 

• Preparation of required construction site files and documents in French, or translation and transmission of English or German Construction files to French format 

 

• Interface with HSE coordinator  (coordonnateur en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé – CSPS)

 

• Establishment of the Particular Safety and Health Protection Plan (Plan Particulier de sécurité et  de protection de la santé – PPSPS), following the company-specific requirements and based on the General Coordination Plan (PGC – Plan Général de Coordination) 

 

• Assistance in establishing customer accounts with French suppliers 

 

• Creation of French Work Site Installations drawings (Plan d'installation de chantier – PIC) 

 

• Installation of a notice board on the construction site for display of statutory documents and notices required in France 

 

• Assistance in finding the mandatory insurance policies (assurance garantie décennale – 10-year warranty insurance and assurance résponsabilité civile – liability insurance)

 

• Verification of subcontractors mandatory insurance (10-year warranty insurance and liability insurance) and verification of subcontractors French register and tax numbers 

 

• Coordination and assistance in posting workers to France

 

• Posted worker representation in France

• Assistance in worker posting formalities (registration Sipsi etc.)

 

• Assistance in ordering the mandatory Construction workers cards for France (Carte Btp)
